ChocolatesFor a long time, chocolates and sweets have been a very special gift. Giving them as a gift means a lot to the person receiving them; love, friendship and affection. The same is true for Quinceañeras. They are almost always a part of the event; as are candy stations at the party, dessert table and even a Valentine's Day party theme. These sweet details are what make it special. Who doesn't love a bag full of Hershey's chocolates? Or a chocolate fountain table where you can choose between strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and other things? A teddy bear? Candies of different flavors? All those things make us smile, something so simple becomes something very meaningful. These details are very noticeable in Sweet XV's and Sweet XVI's, Have you ever been to one? Have you noticed the candy table? Many times the chocolates are also part of the gifts that are given at the end, or even simply placed on the tables ready to be taken by guests. I think it is something that should be abundant at the party, even more so if there are children attending. It is curious how many times the same reaction can be seen when an adult and a child eat a chocolate, it creates the same emotion of happiness. The same blissful smile when the dopamine is released that has been conditioned since youth. How sweet! These are a few examples of what we were referring to before, it's nice to see how these candies make people share a moment, like sharing the chocolates they have, telling someone else which one is their favorite, having a "sugar rush", etc. That is why Valentine's Day is closely related to Quinceañeras, the same emotion, joy, affection, and fun are shared on both occasions.
